Q. Are the stores in the city/town centre?

Q. How many wedding gowns do you have?
A. We always have a large quantity of gowns in a wide range of styles and sizes and stock is regularly replenished.
Q. How are you able to offer the dresses at such low prices
A. The wedding dresses we sell are a combination of previous seasons, ex window displays, cancelled weddings and store samples so we can offer them at very competitive prices
Q. Do you also stock accessories?
A. Yes, we have a range of wedding shoes, veils and tiaras.
Q. Do I have to book an appointment?
A. You are welcome to visit our stores at any time. However, demand is always high so we’d strongly recommend you make an appointment so we can give you the time you need to select a gown.
Q. Can my bridesmaids try on bridesmaids gowns as well?
A. No, unfortunately not as we only stock bridal gowns
Q. Do you carry a wide range of sizes?
A. We will have gowns from size 8 to 18 however the gowns will mirror UK sales trends with the majority being 12 to 16.
Q. Can I have the gown altered?
A. Yes - we can recommend an alterations service.
Q. If I see a gown I like can I come back and try it again?
A. Yes – however we can’t guarantee it will still be available when you return as we only stock one of the majority of the gowns.
Q. How can I pay for my gown?
